Michael is the Managing Director of boutique consulting firm Black House. His contributions at the board level are considerable. Michael is the current Chair of Pioneer Credit, and a director of AusCycling, with specific responsibility as Chair of the High Performance Committee. He is the Western Australian Patron of Variety – the Children’s Charity and Patron of the Co3 Dance Company.
Michael’s previously held roles include Chair of iiNet, state energy suppliers Synergy and Verve, the Lionel Samson Sadleirs Group, the Perth International Arts Festival, the West Coast Eagles, National Chair of the Australia Institute of Company Directors, Deputy Chair of Automotive Holdings Group and a director of Creative Partnerships Australia and HOME Building Society. Other past positions include Chairman of the Pearling Industry Advisory Committee, State President of the Australian Marketing Institute and a member of the national board.
In March 2014, Michael was awarded a Doctor of Letters from the University of Western Australia for his contribution to the business sector and the arts.
Chris has been a Director since 2015 and is also a Director of R.G. Withers Nominees Pty Ltd and the Withers Family Office Group.
Chris has extensive experience in the franchise and retail industries, including holding a range of previous roles at 7-Eleven Australia, and at 7-Eleven Inc.
Sandra has been a Director of 7-Eleven since 2016. She is a member of the Audit Committee of the Reserve Bank of Australia, a member of the Board of Collection House Limited, Chair of the Board and member of the audit and risk committees at Auswide Bank Ltd, and Horizon Oil and Gas Ltd Chairing the Audit Committee and serving as a member of the Risk and Rem and Nom committee.
Sandra is also a Non-Executive Director of the National Disability Insurance Agency, MLC Insurance Limited, Adore Beauty Limited and the Tasmanian Finance Corporation.
Sandra was previously a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and led PwC’s Governance and Risk practice.
Dharma has been a Non-Executive Director of 7-Eleven since June, 2016. He was appointed to the position of Chief People Officer for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in October 2021.
Prior to this appointment he served on the Board of Mortgage Choice Limited as a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee until the business was sold to REA Group on 1 July 2021.
Dharma’s previous roles include Partner in Charge of KPMG Australia’s People Advisory Practice, Managing Partner of Ernst & Young’s Far East Area, Performance & Reward Practice (based in Hong Kong), Leader of Towers Perrin's Asia-Pacific Financial Services Practice (based in Singapore) and Leader of Hewitt Associates Asia-Pacific M&A Practice (based in Kuala Lumpur).
Dharma has also held interim and permanent senior executive roles in HR, Legal, Corporate Communications and Strategy at McKinsey & Co, Westpac, Suncorp, Leighton Holdings, GFG Alliance, A2B and Emaar (based in Dubai).
Marina has been a 7-Eleven Director since 2018. She is Chair of Adore Beauty, Chair of Netball Australia, a non-executive director of Energy Australia, Autosports Group, and Transurban. She is a member of O’Connell Street Associates, the ANU Centre for Asian Australian Leadership and UNSW Business School Advisory Board.
She is the author of the business book for women, Break Through: 20 Success Strategies for Female Leaders.
Marina has held CEO and leadership roles across multi-media businesses at Fairfax, Bauer Media, Pacific Publications and Private Media.
Mark has been a Director of 7-Eleven since 2021. He is a non-executive director of JB Hi-Fi, Bapcor and Kiwi Property Group and is a former director of Trinity Lands and Stihl Shop NZ.
As a former public company CEO with extensive experience in retail, wholesale and logistics, Mark has held leadership positions internationally with Iceland PLC, Tesco UK, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Warehouse Group.
Mark holds Bachelor degrees in Mining Engineering and Applied Theology, a MSc in Logistics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has been an adjunct professor at both Massey and Auckland University Business schools
Angus is responsible for leading the 7-Eleven team, driving the business strategy, growing the 7-Eleven brand in Australia and maintaining the company’s position as Australia’s first choice in convenience retailing.
Angus’ former roles include Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Skilled Group, Managing Director of Pacific National Rail, Chief Financial Officer for Asciano Limited, and various senior roles at Foster’s Group, including Chief Financial Officer.
