Fiona Hayes

Danny Wyatt

 

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Fiona joined 7-Eleven in 2022, as General Manager - Channel before being appointed CEO and Managing Director in July 2024. She is responsible for leading the 7-Eleven Australia team, driving the business strategy, growing the brand and maintaining the company’s position as Australia’s first choice in convenience retailing. 

She has extensive experience in operations and retail networks having held a range of senior roles with Telstra over 26 years, including 12 years as part of the Telstra executive team.

Fiona thrives on engaging and leading large cross functional teams to deliver strategic customer, people and commercial outcomes.

Fiona is a former Telstra Foundation Board member.

Chief Financial Officer

Danny joined 7-Eleven in 2019 and is responsible for leading 7-Eleven’s finance functions.

He is an experienced executive with a strong record of accomplishments, delivering end-to-end improvements in large and small companies across a wide variety of industries. Alignment and change management have been crucial competencies for his success across operations, product development, sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance.

Danny is currently a Director on the Board of Tipple Alcohol Delivery and previously held senior roles with Koko Black, Pacific Brands, Fosters Group Limited and A.T. Kearney.

Danny holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne Business School (Rupert Murdoch Fellow), a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Hons) from RMIT University.

Julie Laycock

General Manager - Customer

Julie joined 7-Eleven in 2005 and is responsible for the 7-Eleven customer offer, including brand and communications, research and insights, and innovation.

Julie brings extensive expertise in customer experience, having held senior marketing and category management roles at organisations including Red Bull, Coca Cola and Tesco Stores UK.

Julie is a former Chair and board member of the Australian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS) and Director of the North Melbourne Football Club.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) – Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Surrey.

Lynda Tully

General Counsel

Lynda joined 7-Eleven in 2023 and oversees the provision of legal advice and support across the business in Australia and is a member of our senior leadership team.  

With over twenty years of international experience across Europe, Asia and Australia in retail, oil and gas, mining, power and industrial sectors; Lynda is passionate in driving high performance and has a strong belief that trust and respect drive innovation and improve business strategies.

Lynda is skilled in cross border M&A transactions and asset integration, commercial negotiations and dispute resolution, strategic planning and risk management, corporate governance, ESG and government relations and public reporting.

Prior to joining 7-Eleven, Lynda was a Partner at Ashurst and previously worked at another top tier law firm in London, Singapore and Australia.  

Lynda holds a LLB English & French Law from Kings' College London & Maîtrise en droit français (Masters of French law), Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and is admitted to practice in Victoria, Australia and England & Wales. 

Matt Keogh

Executive General Manager - Product

Matt joined 7-Eleven in February 2021. He is responsible for leading the teams who manage the product and services on offer to our customers. This includes category management, supply chain, fuel, in-store merchandising, product development, product and space planning, and food innovation.

His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer the Country Road Group, Managing Director – Witchery. Matt has held various senior executive roles including people, transformation, strategy, retail, fuel and operations roles for Lovisa, Woolworths Holdings Limited and Foster’s Group both here in Australia and overseas.

Matt is passionate about transformation, growing businesses through brand development and strategic acquisition, and is committed to creating highly engaged teams that are empowered to support achieving business ambitions.

Matt is a Board member of the Australian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS).

He holds an Advance Management Program certification from Harvard Business School and has completed post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management from the Swinburne University of Technology.

Sharon Beaumont

General Manager - People

Sharon joined 7-Eleven in 2017 and is responsible for leading the people, communication and safety, connecting team members and stakeholders with the business and its purpose.

Sharon is a values-led leader, with a strong belief in the importance of relationships, diversity, wellbeing and creating a sense of purpose to bring out the best in people.

She has extensive experience in human resources, safety and leadership through a range of senior roles in companies including BHP, Grill’d, Australian Unity and the Coles Myer Group.

Sharon is member of the Australia Retail Association (ARA) council, and was previously a Board member for the Queen Elizabeth Centre.

Sharon holds a Company Directors Diploma (AICD), Masters of Business Administration (Swinburne University of Technology), a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Curtin University) and Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy (University of South Australia).

General Manager - Technology and Strategy

Stephen joined 7-Eleven in 2014 and is responsible for the company’s innovation strategy across new categories, service offerings and digital transformation.

Stephen brings extensive cross-industry experience and has a demonstrated capacity to improve business performance through creative and strategic solutions and rigorous operational execution. He also brings deep expertise in retail and channel operations with a focus on channel productivity, omni-channel execution, customer advocacy and employee and partner engagement.

Stephen has held senior executive roles in the area of brand, marketing and sales, as well as senior roles in retail and channel operations at Telstra and the Ford Motor Company.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Economics and Accounting from the University of Queensland. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
