The Withers Barlow Scholarship is awarded each year to a team member who exemplifies all of our values every day. The award reflects the unique contributions of both of our founders, Russ Withers and Bev Barlow.

• Reach Higher – Alex Foley, Retail Business Manager Corporate – Victoria. Cameron Lindley, Senior Brand Manager

The winners of the Reach Higher award exemplify reaching higher, they dream big, are bold, make things happen and share success with those around them.

• Do What’s Right – Hannah Momot, Workplace Relations Manager and Michael Craig, HR Business Partner - Corporate

These winners have been authentic and have challenged themselves and others to always do the right thing. They do what they say and they take accountability for their work and their actions.

• Delight Customers – Daniel Halaska, Regional Manager NSW/ACT, Lynita Halaska, Learning and Development Lead – NSW

The winners of the Delight Customers award put our external customers, and their internal customers, at the heart of what they do. They delight and surprise their customers by understanding their needs. They make the small moments matter and they make them smile.

• Thrive Together – Nick Maddox, State Manager – Western Australia

 The Thrive Together award celebrates someone who looks for the best in people. They unlock their own and others’ potential and embrace the uniqueness others bring to a situation. They value and create real connections with people and back those people to be at their best.

The gala dinner was a highlight of a two day event that saw the team come together to connect to and understand the company’s 2030 ambition, and the role of each individual in the team will have in focusing on the moments that are going really make a difference.

“The calibre of the people at 7-Eleven is something that as a leader I am incredibly proud of, and I’m excited about what the team will achieve as we work together to provide our customers with extraordinary experiences every time they shop with us,” Mr McKay concluded.
